Return and Refund Policy
Fashweave will accept the refund request in cases where the request is initiated & received by Fashweave on the official what’s app number 9958810132 & on e-mail at info@fashweave.com within 24 hours of receiving the product .
Below are the conditions based on which the refund & return request will be accepted:
- The fashweave package is misplaced and received in a damaged condition and the confirmation is received from the courier partner and the 360 degree opening video without pause of the wrong or damaged product is received by us at 9958810132 or through email at info@fashweave.com.
- In cases where a higher amount has been charged due to a technical glitch the difference in amount will be refunded back to the customer
- Fashweave will process the refund for the product once it reaches our location & it will take a maximum of 7 working days (excluding holidays) for the refund of the product
- In cases where the order is placed through online payment, the refund will reflect the source from where the payment has been made and will be done within 7 days of receiving the product. The refunds take 2-3 working days (excluding weekly offs & public holidays) to reflect in the account & are dependent on the bank
- Request for refund & return will not be acceptable by the Fashweave team upon these conditions:
-If the product is not accepted at the time of delivery
-The product is returned after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipment partner
-Wrong address details
-The product is returned in a used & damaged condition
-Product tags are damaged/removed
-Shipping, Payment gateway charges and Cash on-delivery charges are non-refundable
