Our main motto at Fashweave is to provide quality products at reasonable prices.We would request you kindly go through the below-mentioned points before you think of returning or exchanging any of our products:
1. Products on the platform of fashweave.com are mostly handmade by artisans and weavers and are procured from them from different parts of India.
2. The difference in colours and the minor variations in stitches is a confirmation that the products are authentic and go on to show that they are not machine-made.
3. The difference in colour might be that you are logging on different devices, therefore may slightly vary due to the technical aspects of different devices. We at fashweave are putting in our best efforts to share real pictures with accurate colours
4. For all products that are handwoven dyed & printed like block print natural colours are used & therefore there is a high possibility of a slight variation therefore we cannot consider these variations in the products to be defective products
5. A minor hole in the products which are handmade is an integral part of the weaving process and therefore we consider them as a defective product

Fashweave has a simple cancellation, return & exchange policy
Exchange Policy:
We at fashweave follow a simple policy of exchange. Read these points before initiating any exchange
1. Customers have to inform the reason for exchanging the product within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending proper reason on official WhatsApp number 9958810132 or by sending an email at info@fashweave.com
2. Upon acceptance of the request for return of the product, the product has to be returned in proper condition with 10 days from the date of receipt of the product to our location in Noida.
3. The charges for sending the product back to us will have to be incurred by the customer and fashweave will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the product.In case of loss or damage to the product, Fashweave will not be responsible for issuing a refund of the product or replacement of the product.
4. The exchsnge will only be issued after we receive the product from the customer.
5. In cases where customers receive a wrong or damaged product Fashweave will arrange for the pickup of the product at our own cost and in cases where we are not in a position to arrange for the pickup, the team will refund courier charges for not more than Rs 150 only in cases where shipment is arranged by the customer.
6. In cases where customers wish to exchange the product, the value of the new product has to be equal to or higher than the original product. The difference in amount has to be paid by the customer.
7. As earlier stated exchange of the product will not be applicable for minor variations in stitches, printing & colour.
